Our vines from this typical Franconian grape variety are 40 to 65 years old.
They are deeply rooted into the Keuper soil and make our wine taste crispy, spicy and with a lot of herbs.
The grapes were pressed directly and fermented
in old oak barrels.
Bottled after 10 months on lees.
