We're having our very own little projects going on at the winery.

Filling the wines in local franconian oak barrels is not enough - besides two amphores, we now have a kvevri as well...




We harvest very early each year, mostly with the beginning of September.

We harvest by hand with the best team you can imagine. Friends, family, people who came to visit and become friends. It's the most intense time of the year. And probably the most beautiful.
