Silvaner, Bacchus, Müller-Thurgau, Scheurebe, Weissburgunder and Riesling create a wonderful blend out of a typical Franconia grape variety.

NATURAL WINES
Blue Silvaner is very rare - only 40 hectares are cultivated in the whole world.
50% of the grapes are direct pressed and 50% were fermented on the skins for 2 weeks. The color of our Blue Silvaner is spectacular and the taste even more.
The mix of direct pressed and skin fermented grapes gives the Blue Silvaner a good body, freshness and energy.
Blue Silvaner is in general a bit more ripe and round compared to the green Silvaner.

Old school MTH how it should be.
Maybe from the oldest Müller-Thurgau vineyard still existing ( 70 years old!) - deep rooted and with wonderful grapes every year.
Pressed on an old basket press from 1920 and fermented in 60 years old oak barrels. Nevertheless fresh.
