WINESHOP
The welcome drink into our world of wines - fresh, juicy and full of harmony. A blend out of typical Franconian grape varieties.
Silvaner, Bacchus, Müller-Thurgau, Scheurebe, Weissburgunder and Riesling. The vineyards are already from 30-75 years old.
NATURAL WINES
Blue Silvaner is a very rare natural mutation of Silvaner. Only 40 hectares are cultivated in the whole world. We are super happy to have him new in our world of wines.
50% of the grapes are direct pressed and 50% were fermented on the skins for 2 weeks. The color of our Blue Silvaner is spectacular and the taste even more.
Blue Silvaner is in general a bit more ripe and round compared to the green Silvaner.
The cuvée from direct pressed grapes and skin fermented ones give the Blue Silvaner 2025 a good body but still freshness and energy.
Try this super rare wine and confuse people in blind tastings with the color and your knowledge about Blue Silvaner.
Something really special for us - the oldest Müller-Thurgau vineyard you will ever taste. 70 -year-old vines - deep rooted and with wonderful grapes every year. Pressed on an old basket press from 1920 and afterwards fermented in also 60 year old oak barrels.
