Super fresh and juicy. He is made out of Müller- Thurgau for the spiciness, a bit Scheurebe to get a nice fruity note. The Riesling kicks the acidity to make him fresh and our lovely Silvaner gives the body. Bottled during harvest at 6gr of residual sugar to get the perfect balance between bubbles and structure.
