A beautiful Pinot Noir vineyard on one of the best side we have - Kronsberg.
One part of the grapes were de-stemmed and the other part are whole bunches. After 8 months on skins in clay Amphoras the grapes were pressed with our old basket press. Bottled then directly to keep the fresh style alive.
